This beer is the High Definition version of the ever popular stunningly good American Pale Ale - Ultra. Hops include: Chinook, Amarillo, Columbus, Comet and heavily dry hopped with Mosaic.

American hops pair with a traditional British malt base and yeast profile to give this local favourite a distinctly modern twist. Caramel, toffee, honey & hazelnut combined with a malty backbone .

A careful concoction of prime hops layered on top of a soft caramel base. Full and fruity on the palate, it gives way to a lingering hop finish

A rich porter crafted with 5 different malts and hopped with bags of Fuggles - has a gorgeous chocolatey finish

Dark and elegant delivering an edge of bitter chocolate. - 5.7% Porter

Dorset Gold is a stunning golden ale full of freshness. Less hoppy, thirst quenching and zesty, made with blend of malted barley and wheat.

Well-balanced amber ale that sees the malty character from the Maris Otter barley really shine through. All British hops, including Goldings from Kent, add a subtle, aromatic spice.

Maris Otter, Munich, Vienna and Cara malts with a handful of flaked oats for smoothness. Mosaic and Simcoe whole hops give powerful hints of ripe mango, blueberry and passion fruit with a subtle pine forest aroma.
